Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, and payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Rm33 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents to verify account information at any time.
- Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and maintaining the security of your account.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone. rm33 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our customer support immediately.
- All activity carried out under your account is considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us.
User Responsibilities & Rules
All rm33 users are required to comply with the following usage rules when using the platform:
- Users may not use any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the rm33 platform.
- Any attempt to cheat, manipulate outcomes, exploit technical bugs, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Users are not permitted to transfer account funds to any third party without written approval from rm33.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the rm33 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
- Any content that is unlawful, offensive, or contrary to our policies shared through the platform is strictly prohibited.
Rm33 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the account in question.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the rm33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers.
Deposit
- All deposits are subject to the minimum limits set out on the platform.
- Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account automatically.
- Rm33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or eWallet providers.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to successful identity verification.
- The bank account holder's name must match the registered name on the rm33 account.
- Rm33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to investigate the transaction.
Any bonuses or promotional credits received may be subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Rm33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
- Confirmed fraudulent activity or system manipulation
- Failure to submit identity verification documents upon request
- Use that violates applicable Malaysian law
Account Closure by User
Users may close their account at any time by contacting rm33 customer support. Prior to closure:
- All eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the stipulated withdrawal policy
- Any bonus or promotional credits that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited
- Account information will be retained for the period required by law
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Other Provisions
Limitation of Liability
Rm33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes or technical disruptions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
